A visit to your local bookstore can open your child’s eyes to the wonderful world of books and help instill a lifelong love of reading. Half Price Books

Although it’s the largest family-owned bookstore in the country with more than 120 locations, Half Price Books has the look and feel of a local bookstore. The store’s main focus is buying and selling new and used books, music, movies, games and collectibles. Each location has a large children’s area filled with books, toys and snuggly stuffed animals. And the store features unique finds at budget prices. For more than 45 years, Half Price Books’ mission has been to support literacy and environmental initiatives in the communities they serve and support hundreds of projects that serve the community.
