The summer reading programs may have ended, but that’s no excuse to stop visiting your local library! Get ready to dive back into books with your kids. The whole family can curl up and enjoy story time together for free at these San Diego libraries. Kids don’t have to be school-age to enjoy reading, either. Click through the slideshow to check out these spots that have a variety of programs for kids of all ages, infant to teen!

Point Loma/Hervey Branch Library

With the largest children’s library in the city, including a special art room and a Storytime Zone, the Point Loma Library is a great resource for families with kids of all ages. The library also has several great story times for families and kids of all ages to attend, so no matter how old you are, get ready to pull up a chair and enjoy!

For all ages: Kids of all ages and their parents are invited to join in the fun at Storytime & Singing with Mr. Mark, held the second Thursday of every month at 10:30 a.m. Kids can enjoy new stories and books, sing songs, and socialize while developing good reading habits.
