According to HomeAway’s 2019 Trend Report, vacation rental demand is up 325 percent for families with kiddos. Even though you might think that parents are picking super-sunny destinations with beach-lined villas, HomeAway’s fastest growing destination might just surprise you. Scratch that. It will surprise you. So which vacation destination is experiencing the most in-demand growth? The top honors go to The Hocking Hills in Ohio! With an 130 percent jump in demand over the past year and a 375 percent demand growth rate over the last three years, The Hocking Hills (which is southeast of Columbus) is the new family getaway hotness.
