Phew! Who knew we’d ever be caught up in something called a polar vortex? We made it through this time and if it should happen again (or, if you loved laying around in your PJs so much you want more indoor-only days), here are 10 great indoor activities that’ll keep you warm and busy. Click through the slideshow to take a peek.

Felt Board School
It’s super easy to make learning fun when you use soft and colorful felt letters and numbers to teach your tots their ABCs and 123s. You can either line an old cupboard or cabinet or cover a large piece of cardboard with felt to make the board. Then download letter and number stencils, trace them onto the felt, and get to work cutting out letters and numbers. If you’re teaching your kids to read and spell, cut out extra vowels and commonly used letters so you have duplicates to fashion a variety of words.

How do you beat cabin fever with your kids? Let us know your creative ways to keep your kiddos occupied when you’re all stuck inside.
