Sleep doesn’t have to be a struggle

If your little one suddenly starts crying and stalling at bedtime, know that you’re not alone; it’s very common for young children to have bouts of separation anxiety.
Want to keep bedtime peaceful? Try making a deal with them.

If you normally shut their bedroom door, offer to leave their bedroom door open as long as they agree to quietly stay in bed until they fall asleep.

Some kiddos feel more secure with the door open and will fall asleep easier with the door ajar.
