Start sleeping in (at least some of the time)

If you’re a parent, chances are you would love to find time for a little more sleep.
Our favorite solution for couples? Take turns and have designated sleep-in mornings; one parent stays in bed and the other one gets up with the tinybeans.

For some families, that might mean that one parent sleeps a bit late on Saturdays, while their partner gets more rest Sunday mornings.

Other families might alternate and take turns staying in bed every other Saturday.

Either way, it’s a chance to re-energize so you’re ready to tackle the week ahead!
