Time to ditch the swaddle?

Swaddling can be a lifesaver for parents struggling with their infant’s sleep, especially when the Moro (“startle”) reflex is still strong.
But for safety reasons, it’s important to transition away from the swaddle once your tinybean starts to roll. (Be sure to check with your pediatrician if you have safety concerns.)

To make the transition as gradual as possible, it can be helpful to start with one or both arms out of the swaddle for several nights before removing it entirely.

This may help your little one adjust to the change and accept it easier!
