Troubles with that last nap?

Most babies are ready to drop that third short nap by 7-9 months old.
When your baby starts to struggle with falling asleep more often than not (or bedtime is getting pushed so late that they’re getting less than 10 hours of sleep at night) it’s a good idea to reevaluate your tinybean’s schedule.

Once you’ve ditched the third nap? Try offering the remaining two naps a bit later in the day and bring bedtime earlier while you give your little one time to adjust to staying awake for longer periods.
