When first birthday parties roll around, it isn’t difficult to recognize the guest of honor — he’s the cute one with the gummy smile and frosting smeared in his eyebrows. In a pinch, turn to your crafting stash to whip up a cute pipe cleaner crown by wrapping pipe cleaners around each other. Could it gat any simpler than that?
