Call a Babysitter: A Super Mario-Themed Pop-Up Bar Just Opened Up

Drinks + Super Mario?! It’s not appropriate for your kids, but we felt a burning desire to share it for the child inside us all. A new adults-only Nintendo dream world guarantees to make nights out with the spouse more fun, and we’re ready to plan our date nights. Check out the photos from this new bar below:

In Washington DC’s Shaw neighborhood, you can now go to a Super Mario-themed pop-up bar. It is decorated with animatronic piranha plants, mystery boxes, and all kinds of power-ups.

The delicious menu has Mario-themed cocktails such as “It’s A Me, Amario” (sweet vermouth, Don Ciccio & Figli Carcafio, Aperitivo, and spicy ginger ale) and “King Koopa Cup” (Two James Johnny Smoking Gun whiskey, “popcorn” tea ginger, and lemon). It’s making us thirsty!
