Lollapalooza blasted through Grant Park last weekend, and the kids that were there stole the show. In the family-friendly Kidzapalooza area, pint-sized style rivaled that of the grownups — it was all about florescent-streaked hair, concert tees, ruffled dresses, fake tattoos, and full-on rocker attitudes. Click though our album to see the fest’s best kiddie fashions and get a peek at what else went down.

Kidzapalooza was co-founded by Perry Farrell and Tor Hyams and is a three-day blitz of ongoing kindie rock performances, stunt shows, hip-hop workshops, drum circles and more. It's in a quieter, shaded section of Lollapalooza, and there's a surprising amount of space to spread out and relax.

Psst … did you know that kids get into Lollapalooza free with a paying adult? That’s reason enough to bring ’em along with you next year. For information on next year’s festival, keep your eyes on www.lollapalooza.com.
