On the third Saturday of every month, the Fleet invites adults and families who have kids with autism to enjoy early access to the exhibit galleries in a quieter setting an hour before the Fleet opens to the public. Admission includes access to a special cool-off space and a special IMAX film screening at 10 a.m. with the house lights on and a lower soundtrack volume. Regular admission rates apply. Visitors are welcome to stay and enjoy the museum all day.

The Old Mission Beach Athletic Club invites kids and young adults from the ages of 5-20 to participate in the 2018 Junior Over-the-Line (OTL) season closing tournament on August 26 at Mariners Point. There is a $5 entry fee per player. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. on tournament days. The format is round robin, single elimination and playoffs with three players per team. Single players will be matched with other players to make a team. Free hot dogs, chips and drinks will be provided to all.

The Summer Solstice is right around the corner! Celebrate the onset of summer with your family, friends, and neighbors at the North Park Thursday Market. This neighborhood bash will include craft beer and food tastings, live music and art, an artisan market and raffle prizes worth hundreds of dollars! Guests are invited to shop locally to support the farmers and vendors that fill more than 90 tents with locally grown produce, artisan grocery items, and hand-crafted goods.
