It’s time for the Bates Nut Farm Family Field Trip! Families are invited to enjoy some fresh country air and a day on the farm, with a tractor hayride, the popular “Nuts for You” tour, a picnic lunch, bag of feed for the farm animals and a personal trail mix snack bag. On the lunch menu is the choice of cheeseburger or hot dog, chips, watermelon, cookie and a beverage. After lunch there will be plenty of time to feed the farm animals, and shop at the Bates Nut Farm and Farmer’s Daughter stores. Guests are invited to bring games to play in the grassy park and a blanket and beach chairs for relaxing on in the shade. The cost is just $15.00 per adult and $12.00 per child.
