It looks like another Disney favorite may go from a single film to a franchise. Reports surfaced earlier this week that Zootopia isn’t just getting a sequel, but may become a trilogy!

During a recent event at Dave and Busters, Zootopia actor Tommy “Tiny” Lister (who voices Finnick) dished on the probability of two more films, “I can tell you for sure I’m doing another Zootopia with Disney. We doing three of them.”

It’s no surprise that Disney would want to create a Zootopia franchise. The original film grossed over $1 billion in worldwide box office revenues and has a lengthy list of award wins, including an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film, Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture-Animated, BAFTA for Best Feature Film and Critics’ Choice for Best Animated Feature.

So what does Disney have to say about a possible Zootopia trilogy? As of now—nothing. Even though Disney isn’t commenting on the fate of future animated films in this franchise, they have invested in a Zootopia-themed land. Sadly for U.S. travelers, this based-on-animation experience is only available at Shanghai Disneyland.
