Doesn’t it seem like you’re always buying clothes for your kids? Before every new season and after every growth spurt, you think, “Here we go again.” But what if you could shop from home and help those in need at the same time? Here are six kids clothing websites that let you do just that—it’s an amazing way to teach your little ones about the importance of giving back. For every item you buy, the company will donate to charity or give the same item you buy to a child in need. Spending money has never felt so good.

Everything Happy

What They Do
Everything Happy is the brainchild of David Holdridge, who came up with the idea in 2008. At age seven (yes, you read that right), David brought the idea to his mom to create blankets and later T-shirts that combined soft fabric with the happy feelings associated with stuffed animals. His mom, Emily, partnered with two fellow moms and created blankets and clothes with comfy material covered with a friendly animal face.

How They Give Back
Everything Happy’s mission is “one to love, one to give.” For every product purchased, another one is given to a child in need. And you’ll be part of the process. Here’s how it works: After you receive your Everything Happy purchase, look for the “giving code” on your item. Go to the website’s Give section and register your product. From a list of already selected charities, you then choose where you would like to donate your second product. Your kids can help pick out their favorite and make another child smile.

What’s your experience with online clothing sites that give back?
