Doesn’t it seem like you’re always buying clothes for your kids? Before every new season and after every growth spurt, you think, “Here we go again.” But what if you could shop from home and help those in need at the same time? Here are six kids clothing websites that let you do just that—it’s an amazing way to teach your little ones about the importance of giving back. For every item you buy, the company will donate to charity or give the same item you buy to a child in need. Spending money has never felt so good.

Tea Collection

What They Do
Tea Collection’s children clothing is inspired by worldwide cultures. And founders Emily Meyer and Leigh Rawdon strive to make Tea Collection a global citizen as well. Twice a year, the company's designers travel the globe and come home bursting with ideas for the next collection. Patterns from South Africa, prints from Japan, and colors from Brazil, just to name a few, have all found their way into Tea Collection’s vibrant clothing.

Celeb moms like Jessica Alba and Julia Roberts have dressed their kids in Tea, and hard-to-please Martha Stewart has deemed it a “good thing.” But it’s not the stars’ seal of approval that gets us excited. It’s the fact that when you buy Tea’s top-notch, timeless clothes, you get a chance to give back.

How They Give Back
Three times a year, Tea Collection sponsors “Give Back Days” for The Global Fund for Children, whose mission is to advance the dignity of children and youth around the world. On “Give Back Days,” Tea donates $5 to GFC for every order. Each holiday season, Tea also creates a special Little Citizen Give Back Collection, which consists of two pajama sets. 100% of that money goes to GFC. Throughout the rest of year, customers may opt to donate any amount of money during the check-out process. Since 2006, Tea Collection has raised $260,000 for GFC.

What’s your experience with online clothing sites that give back?
