At this time of year, there’s nothing like seeing that magic light up our kids’ faces. Let’s Talk: Theme For our next Spoke Writing Challenge, the theme is “Making Holiday Memories.” Does your family have a holiday tradition that you look forward to every year? Maybe it’s making Great Aunt Molly’s to-die-for shortbread cookies with the kids or maybe it’s hitting up the epic sledding hill in your neighborhood. Maybe you can’t wait for that quiet moment of anticipation before the kids get up on Christmas morning. Or maybe this year, you’re starting new traditions and making new holiday memories with your fam. Feel free to write about whatever you’d like as it relates to this theme, and make sure your post fits into one of our three Storytelling Categories: Real Talk, Rockstar Parenting and Parenting Humor. The Deets Three winning posts will be selected by our editors and based on quality, originality and page views. Each winner will receive $100 each for their original post. (Remember, only original posts are eligible for Writing Contest prizes.) Entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific by Dec. 31, 2018.
