This Beauty and the Beast cake made by Palermo's Bakery in Ridgefield Park, N.J., doesn't skimp on the details. From the glittering petals of the enchanted rose to the etched lines in the paste that makes the Beast's fur, the award-winning cake was so impressive (even to its designers) that the bakery still has it on display in it's showroom despite the fact it was made four months ago. We're guessing nobody's ever going to take a cake knife to this beauty!
