Chantale Millard is an experienced CEO, Executive and Non-Executive Director with a diverse background in FMCG, e-commerce, manufacturing and publishing.  Chantale’s most recent role was CEO/MD at Maggie Beer Holdings Ltd (ASX: MBH), spending 8 years with the Group and successfully leading the Company through a period of restructure, transformation and growth, underpinned by consistently solid financial results. With strong relationships with key institutional and retail investors in Australia, Chantale has extensive experience in creating lean businesses, with strong revenue diversification and growth.

Andrea Cutright, based in San Francisco, is currently the VP, Global Subscriber Marketing and Insights for the newly launched Disney+ streaming service. She is responsible for all customer marketing touchpoints, developing strong relationships with subscribers, and overseeing market intelligence and insights.  She was co-founder and CEO of Foodily.com, acquired by IAC in 2015. Andrea started her career at Yahoo! in various marketing and product positions.  Andrea is passionate about understanding customer motivations and creating stand-out market strategies that drive growth.

Andrew Silverberg is an experienced Investment Manager and Analyst based in the United States. Andrew manages Thorney’s US-listed equities, unlisted investments and properties. Prior to joining Thorney, Andrew was Senior Portfolio Manager for a multi-billion-dollar NYC family office, partner in a USD$500 million hedge fund, and Portfolio Manager for a USD$40 billion institutional money management firm.

Teresa has spent 14 years working in the digital sector. She started her career at one of the largest fashion companies in Europe, MANGO. In 2013 she joined a startup, Stylight in Munich, Germany as one of the first employees where she helped the founders to scale the business into the leading affiliate platform for fashion and beauty in Europe. After establishing the North American office as President, Teresa helped the founders successfully exit. She continued as Chief Revenue Officer under the new ownership of the largest media company in Germany. Teresa is currently based out of Philadelphia, PA. Teresa was most recently Chief Revenue Officer at Sheertex, an apparel company specialized in tights and with the mission to replace all hosiery in the world with their resilient knit. Her favorite photos to post in her Tinybeans app are the ones sailing with her husband, skiing or visiting her family in Barcelona.

Kath had over 20 years experience as a digital executive, commercialising consumer products for millions of Australians. She has led product, engineering, business development and marketing. Kath has a solid foundation in understanding the role that user data plays in embedding products into users’ lives.

Her extensive experience with blue-chip corporates such as Yahoo!7, News Corp, Telstra and Westfield combined with her passion to build products that can radically improve the lives of others is a formidable combination. Kath has many years experience balancing product and commercial goals whilst managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
