If you’re signed into your Google account you’ve probably noticed something different. That is, if you’ve tried to buy anything. Google recently debuted its new shopping platform—and it has more than just a new look.

While some reports compare Google’s new hub to Amazon, the two aren’t the same. Unlike Amazon, Google will not warehouse its own products or deliver them to your door. Instead, the search engine-turned marketplace will connect you with your fave retailers.

Brick and mortar stores such as Target, Costco and Best Buy along with e-retailers such as Overstock and Boxed are on board with this new experience. According to a May press release on the new Google Shopping Experience, “This year we’re unveiling a redesigned Google Shopping experience with new, immersive ways for shoppers to discover and compare millions of products from thousands of stores. When they’re ready to buy, they can choose to purchase online, in a nearby store and now directly on Google.”

So how does this new “experience” work? Log in to your Google account and visit your personalized homepage. You’ll probably notice products you’ve recently shopped for. Google will tailor the experience to your wants and needs, providing suggestions based on past searches. Just click on what you want to buy, add it to your cart and check out. It’s that easy!

Have you ever snapped a quick pic of your kids only to notice the silly face they were making later on as you scroll through your photo list? One mom captured a priceless photo of her kids going fishing and the internet is loving it.

After an excursion at the Children’s Museum of South Dakota, mom Marika Daniels shared a picture of her three sons, Levi, four, Logan, three, and Landon, 18 months, holding up the rubber fish they caught in the museum’s fishing pond. She wanted to recreate a pose she had captured a year earlier of the boys doing the same thing so she directed the boys to hold the fish up to their faces. “They have a little fishing pond there which was their favorite part of the museum,” Daniels told Yahoo!. “I took a picture of the two older ones holding their fish last year so I wanted to get another one to compare the two pictures a year apart.”

Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo, while the two older boys knew just what their mom meant, young Landon took her instructions a little too literally.

She posted the photo to Instagram asking followers to caption it and the internet quickly delivered. The best response by far was a clear winner and Daniels posted the image again with its new heading. Check it out below and see if you agree.

American Idol winner, The Voice coach, super-talented performer, mama. While these words all describe singer Kelly Clarkson,  there’s one way Clarkson is just like us. Sometimes she says the wrong thing at the wrong time to her kid.

When Clarkson recently explained voice-over acting to her four-year-old daughter River Rose, she may have dished too deeply. While speaking with ET’s Kevin Frazier, the Ugly Dolls star revealed how she may have accidentally crushed her kiddo’s Frozen dreams.

So what exactly did Clarkson do? When trying to compare her role in the animated Ugly Dolls movie to Frozen’s Elsa and Anna, she inadvertently told River Rose that there are actresses voicing the movie’s main characters.

Clarkson told ET, “I was explaining to her, because she was confused, and I said, ‘It’s my voice. Like, you know, like how Elsa and Anna, there’s a person that plays Elsa and Anna?’ And I didn’t get what I was doing!”

Of course the mama felt terrible for lifting the veil and exposing Anna and Elsa as animated, voiced cartoon characters. But Clarkson also noted that with River Rose, “would’ve figured it out.” Beyond consoling herself with the knowledge that her daughter is “very clever,” Clarkson also flipped her flub into something positive. “I saw her little face, and I just saw the wheels spinning, and it was like, ‘Oh no! But isn’t it exciting that you can meet the real girl that plays Elsa?”

The dozens of credit card offers that pour into your inbox and flood your snail mail can make you feel like you want to nix the plastic in favor of anything else. But then you see the perks and suddenly some of those offers seem sweet. Well, Starbucks is now offering one of those pretty perky perks type of deals. And here’s why you may actually want to start earning: The coffee giant recently announced that they will launch the Starbucks Rewards Visa card

Co-branded with Chase, the card will officially debut later in 2018. So how will the new Sbux credit card work? When you use your card to make purchases, the charges earn you points (which are also known as “Stars”). Rewards points translate into free Starbucks food or drinks.

Here’s the catch: the card has a $49 annual fee. But if you compare that to what you’re already spending on lattes and Frappuccinos, you might actually come out ahead.Starbucks’ Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Matt Ryan, said in a statement, “It’s important to us to make earning Rewards as easy for our customers as possible, and the Starbucks Rewards Visa card is a powerful tool for us to do that because of how easily it fits into their daily lives.”

New cardmember perks include the opportunity to earn 2,500 Stars after spending $500 on purchases during the first three months (after opening the account). This translates to 20 food or beverage items. You can also earn 250 bonus Stars when you use your Visa card to load your registered Starbucks Card in the coffee company’s mobile app (first time only).

You won’t just earn Stars at Starbucks. For every $4 spent on purchases outside of Starbucks you get one Star. You’ll also get “Instant Gold Status” in the Starbucks Rewards program and curated food/beverage Rewards loaded onto your Starbucks Rewards account.

The San Diego Zoo is one of the city’s best spots to visit. But if you find yourself a bit bored by constantly visiting the lions, tigers and bears (oh my!), explore the Zoo in a new way. Plan your next trip as a way to teach your kiddos about connecting with their five senses and observing nature. We’ve got your insider’s guide on what to see, hear, eat, touch and smell at the Zoo.

Do You See What I See?
The Reptile House is the perfect place to slow down and look carefully to spot that snake or lizard that looks just like a log. Watching the flamingos over the seasons offers a great learning experience. In spring, see the males run and wildly flap wings, while females begin to sit on nests. See if you can spot the fuzzy gray chicks, and on your next visit, notice how those chicks begin to change color as they develop.

Does your kiddo need a break from the stroller? Do your feet need a rest? Stop and sit right next to the glass at an enclosure. Taking a wait-and-see approach for just a few minutes can lead to a exciting close encounter with an animal.  Talk about the color and texture of the animal’s skin, feathers or fur.

Listen Carefully!
What can you hear by listening to the beautiful waterfalls abound in many areas of the Zoo? You can find them in Gorilla Tropics, Terrace Lagoon, Scripps Aviary, and the tapir exhibit. Listening to the rushing water is thrill enough for many kids even if the animals aren’t active. At various times each day, “rain” falls around the perimeter of Scripps Aviary. (Don’t worry – you won’t get wet!) Birds and kiddos will love experiencing this awesome rainforest experience.

Encourage kiddos the listen carefully as you can often hear the bells ringing at The Museum of Man’s Bell Tower throughout your visit to the Zoo. If it’s the top of the hour, count the bells together.

What’s that Smell?
Whew! Those camels sure are stinky. Challenge your kids to use their noses to find other smelly creatures on your next Zoo visit. If animal smells just aren’t your thing, then check out the abundant herb garden just across the street from the camels. You will enjoy the tasty smells of thyme, rosemary and other herbs and flowers planted along the wall.

Hands On!
What kid doesn’t love putting their hands on everything they see? The petting zoo is must-visit for those who only want to touch the animals. After petting the baby goats, ask your little one how an animal’s fur feels and compare it to pets at home. Stop by the bronze gorillas in Gorilla Tropics for a fun experience. Kids can compare their hand to a life-sized gorilla’s paw.For added fun, count the gorilla’s digits and your little one’s too. Be sure to snap a photo of your rugrat climbing on the gorilla.

Let’s Eat!
If you visit the Zoo in the morning, you may find orangutans and gorillas romping and leaping toward their snack. Ask your kids if they can find animals eating foods that are similar to their own snacks. For a real “taste” of how the animals eat, kids can feed a giraffe on the weekends from 12 – 1 p.m. for $10. Little ones will love watching these amazing creatures with long necks and tongues reach so close to them for a snack. The giraffe-feeding can get quite crowded, so be prepared to wait in a long line. But it’s worth it!
