Throughout the weekends of December, she offers two-hour classes in gingerbread house decorating or making "edible presents." Over the official winter break, your budding boulanger can indulge in a two-day baking class; they'll craft goodies like yule logs and gingerbread cake from scratch, eat at the end, and take home recipes you can use, too.
