Mom & Baby Yoga at Yogalayam 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Class includes full yoga for the postpartum body, varied techniques of infant massage, and several volunteers to assist with babies. Mornings at Studio Grow Berkeley 10:00 am – 12:30 pm Story Time (10:15), Music Time (11) or Parachute Time (12) take place Monday through Friday and are included with admission. Stroller Strides in Montclair 10:00 am – 11:00 am For moms of infants and toddlers, bust out the jogging stroller and do exercises and walking/running. Good for any fitness level at Kindergym Playdays in Oakland 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Your crawling baby or exploring toddler (under age 3) can slide, climb, slither in our ball pit, make music, create a playdough masterpiece, jump on a trampoline, pop bubbles and all of you will make new friends! Rockin’ Kids Sing-A-Long in Oakland 10:30 am – 11:15 am Each Sing-A-Long features 45 mins. of live, original children’s music and old time favorites. Ha Ha This A-Way Drop-in Class 3:30 pm – 4:15 pm Children ages 3-5 years old engage in the process of creative play. “Ha Ha This A-Way” offers children an exciting variety of dance, drama, yoga, circus arts, music, tumbling and storytelling experiences in a safe, encouraging, cooperative & non-competitive environment. Parents’ Night Out @ Habitot 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm Parents’ Night Out Friday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Drop off your kids for play and fun while parents enjoy a movie or dinner out. $30 for one child, $20 for siblings. Pizza for dinner included. Parents’ Night Out @ Head Over Heels 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm This reoccurring drop off happens every Friday night from 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm for children ages four and older.
