Viral & Trending Dad Gets Shamed for Using a Leash with 5-Year-Old Quintuplets Advertisement Target’s fab Cat & Jack kids’ line has taken the pint-sized fashionista world by storm. Not only is it a favorite among children, and their parents, but last summer the line upped its game by introducing sensory-friendly pieces. Well, Target is at it again. They’re adding to Cat & Jack, creating a special selection of adaptive apparel. photo credit: Target.com Cat & Jack has quickly made its way to the top. That is, to the top of Target’s brands. As one of the retailer’s largest brands, its sales have made it to (and surpassed) the two-billion-dollar mark. The new adaptive apparel pieces are made for toddlers and young children who are living with disabilities. Starting October 22, families can shop the 40-item range that has items with special adaptive features. These include side and back snaps and zippers and hidden openings, allowing abdominal access. Along with this adaptation, some of the pieces feature zip-off sleeves, diaper-friendly leggings/bodysuits and footless sleepwear. Senior Vice President, Product Design and Development at Target, Julie Guggemos, says, “It’s our goal at Target to always make sure we have products that fit our guests’ needs, and all at a reasonable price point.” She goes on to add, “We heard from our guests — and members of our own team — that there’s a need for adaptive clothing for kids that is both fashionable and affordable, so we set out to create exactly that.” What do you think about Cat & Jack’s new adaptive apparel line?
