Pacific Science Center, Seattle Camps for Curious Minds has a variety of Spring Break camps available for young elementary-aged kids including Wetland Wonders (explore the wetlands, streams, and ponds of the Mercer ), Cool Science Investigations (learn the answers to interesting science questions), and Geocaching (seek out hidden treasures through geocaching). Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Zooper Day Camp At the zoo, campers will learn all the basic needs of the animals and how they’re met in the wild and at the zoo. We’re guessing the kids will be roaring like lions about this camp! Half day camps are available for 4-6 year olds and full day is available for 5-9 year olds. Read more.

Taproot Theatre, Seattle Spring Break Camps Taproot has two weeks of Spring Break camps for 4 – 18 year olds. The 4-6 year old set will have fun learning the building blocks of acting in order to create an original performance. Read more.

Seattle Children’s Theatre, Seattle Spring Break Camps This theatre camp will help kids from Kindergarten up (divided into age-appropriate groups) get their drama out onstage!  The younger ones in Weeks A and B will learn all about Hans Christian Andersen’s fairytales, while kids in grades 2-6 will work with the uplifing play The Man Who Planted Trees and even get to visit nearby Olympic Scultpure Park. Extended care available too! Arena Sports, Seattle & Redmond Sports Camp in Seattle & Redmond Kick it up a notch at Arena Sports. This fun soccer camp offers programs during spring break for Little Kickers as young as 3 to kids up to age 12 in Magnuson, SODO, and Redmond. Activities include soccer and games, arts and crafts, and inflatables. Full or half-day programs available. Read more.

Chess Academy Chess Camp for Boys and Girls Kids ages 5-11 will play lots of chess games, solve chess puzzles, and learn chess strategies. Beginners will learn all moves and rules to become comfortable with the game. Intermediate and advanced groups will work on improving strategies and growing as players.  NW Aerials, Kirkland Spring Camp The Gymnastics studio has two weeks of Spring Camp (come for one day or the whole week) including tumbling, games, crafts, inflatables, and ice cream sundaes! Camps are offered half or full day and are for ages 3 & up (potty-trained, required!) Read more.

IslandWood Spring Break Camp IslandWood is located on Bainbridge Island and offers several Spring Break Camps, with half and full-day options, from March 28-31. Kids who love active and creative outdoor experiences (pictured) will have a blast at the Make a Mess Art Half-Day Camp (9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm), or Fun in the Forest and Nature Sleuths Day Camps (9:00 am – 4:00 pm). Stone Soup Theatre Spring Break Camps There are two Spring Break Camps to choose from at Stone Soup Theatre. At The Very Hungry Caterpillar camp, kids in grades K-3 will learn how to portray non-human characters on stage and put on an adaptation of the children’s book classic. With the Being Funny and Having Fun Onstage camp, kids in grades 4-8 will 10 minute plays using comedic timing, characterization, and physical comedy and end the class with a larger performance. My Gym, Bellevue My Gym Spring Camp This half-day camp is for potty-trained children and up (divided into appropriate age groups) and keeps kids moving with gymnastics, sports, games, story time, music, and crafts. Read more.

The Moon Paper Tent Magic Garden and Woodland Wonders Camps During these Moon Paper Tent’s camps, kids will  be able to dress up, participate in creative drama, make crafts, and listen to engaging, fun stories. Both camps are for ages 4 and up, and last 3 hours. (The Magic Garden Camp is from 9 a.m. – noon, and the Woodland Wonders Camp lasts from noon – 4 p.m.) Read more.
