Can’t get enough of those irresistible Girl Scout Cookies? Now there’s a show that will give you even more reasons to stock up this season.

Food Network’s new Girl Scout Cookie Championship will pit bakers in the ultimate cookie-inspired challenge. The competition show, which is hosted by Alyson Hannigan, will ask competitors to create desserts based on America’s favorite cookies, like Thin Mints and Samoas.

In each episode, five contestants go head-to-head creating stunning edible art in order to name the ultimate champion. “We are all obsessed with Girl Scout Cookies – from Thin Mints to Shortbread/Trefoils, everyone has their favorite,” said Courtney White, President, Food Network. “Watching these talented artists transform the beloved cookies into mind-blowing masterpieces makes for a fun, fast-paced show for the whole family.”

Hannigan along with two of the judges, Katie Lee and Carla Hall, are former Girl Scouts themselves. “I’m thrilled to be hosting Girl Scout Cookie Championship,” said Hannigan. “The creativity and expertise of these bakers is amazing and the cookies themselves bring back so many childhood memories – I can’t wait to share the show with my girls.”

The gorgeous presentations are sure to inspire some creativity in home kitchens as well. Luckily, the show premieres right in the heart of cookie season so you can stock up before you watch. The series kicks off on Food Network Feb. 3 at 8pm.

Fans can get in on the action at home by following Food Network and Hannigan on social media where judges will share their favorite cookies and you can take the Girl Scout Cookie quiz to see if you can identify these famous treats.

Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors are facing off against the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals, but it’s the fans watching at home that will be the real winners, thanks to Chipotle’s freeting giveaway. The restaurant chain plans to give away one million dollars worth of free burritos throughout the championship.

The games kick off Thur. May 30 and you’ll want to tune in to every game for your chance to win the “freeting” giveaway. So what does freeting mean, exactly?

Every time you hear the announcer say the word “free”—as in free-throw or free agent—Chipotle will tweet out a special code. Once you get the code you can text it to 888222 to get the instructions on how to redeem your free burrito.

Chipotle will also be offering free delivery throughout the games on orders of $10 or more so you don’t even have to leave the couch to score that freebie. Just throw on a few more burritos to your order and place it with DoorDash or through the Chipotle app.

Under Armour has announced the formation of the new Under Armour Association (UAA) Girls’ basketball circuit that is inspired by Stephen Curry’s efforts to create an equal playing field for women of all ages. The new platform aims to make the basketball court a level playing field for both boys and girls.

Beginning in April 2019, UAA-G will provide elite girls travel teams with the same league-style circuit as the boys UAA teams, at the 17U and 16U level. The teams will take part in 10 regular season games, five finals and three total league sessions with the UAA-G Finals set to take place in Atlanta.

High school and middle school girls will also be provided with equal opportunities through UA Rise and UA Future Leagues. UA Rise, which will include 48 travel teams from all over the country at the 17U, 16U and 15U age groups, will play twelve games during the regular season, with the top sixteen qualifiers in each age group battling for the UA Rise Championship in Atlanta, while UA Future will offer a regional league format for teams in the 14U-10U age groups.

“It is as important a time as ever to expand the game of basketball and increase the opportunities for girls across the country to pursue their dreams,” said Stephen Curry in a statement.  “I’ve taken steps to use my own platform to drive awareness and level the playing field for girls and women. I’m proud that Under Armour continues to also take the initiative, with programs like UAA-G, to create opportunities for girls to ‘Ruin the Game’ in their own way.”

The Bay Area is home to heavy hitters of every stripe, from tech to sports to food. And it’s no surprise (to us, at least) that many of the people who make this city great are ambitious, creative, multitasking moms whose families have inspired them to aim higher and excel in their fields. We highlight a few of our favorite Bay Area Power Moms right here—click through to see them all!

Ayesha Curry, Author and Chef

This mother and entrepreneur has been solidly reigning as THE Bay Area power mom since her MVP-collecting husband, Steph Curry, put their family in the spotlight with a record-breaking streak of Warriors wins (including a championship). But Ayesha is far from the typical ball-player's wife. While Steph punched the clock on the court, Ayesha has built her own food and lifestyle empire, all while tending to their two girls, Riley (3) and Ryan (1). Her cooking career started to heat up back in 2014 when she started posting cooking demonstrations on her Youtube channel, Little Lights of Mine. By 2016 she was BFFs with chef Michael Mina, and the two recently collaborated on the pop-up restaurant International Smoke at The Mina Test Kitchen. Her cookbook,  The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith and the Joy of Eating Well just came out in September and features more than 100 recipes, plus a peek into what life at home looks like for the Bay Area's first family. Of course, her very own reality show—Ayesha's Homemade—is in the works, but expect it to be more substance than salaciousness, as this devoted Christian is about as anti-Kardashian as it gets.

Proud Moment:  "Making the NYT bestseller’s list."

Words of Wisdom: "Get on the floor and play with your kids! Cook with your kids!"

Do you know any Bay Area Power Moms who should be included on this list? Tell us in the comments below!
