Sweet, Sour & Super Limited: Krispy Kreme Launches Lemonade Glazed Donuts

They’re sour…then they’re sweet…and they’re only available for the next two weeks! Krispy Kreme just launched Lemonade Glazed Donuts in four fresh squeezed flavors and they’re (almost) too pretty too eat.

Riffing off the classic thirst-quenching drink, these donuts give you options for your next run. Lemonade Glaze is the original glaze donut with a citrusy twist. It also comes in a Lemon Kreme filled version! Pink Lemonade Cake is topped with lemon buttercream and pink sugar. And Strawberry Lemonade has a strawberry topping with a delicious lemon icing swirl.

If you want to try them all, Krispy Kreme is offering a Lemonade Lover’s Dozen with three of each flavor. Need a new drink? The company also just launched Strawberry, Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade Chillers that are guaranteed to refresh (and maybe give you a brain freeze).

You can find your closest shop and order online today. But remember, they’re only available for a limited time, so get them while they’re hot!

Summer vacation is still a few weeks away but that doesn’t mean you can’t experience the flavors of the season. Krispy Kreme has just launched their new collection and it’s available now.

Starting today, May 17, the Island Time Collection is available at participating locations in three tropical flavors. Not only do the flavors bring you to a summer state of mind, but the beachy toppings will have you craving a day at the shore, too.

The three flavors include:

Pina Colada Doughnut: An Original Glazed® doughnut filled with Pina Colada-flavored Kreme, dipped in a Pina Colada-flavored icing, sprinkled with toasted coconut shreds and topped with a candied cherry.
Island Time Doughnut: An Original Glazed doughnut filled with classic Kreme, dipped in light blue icing and graham crumbs to resemble an Island, and topped with a palm tree.
Key Lime Pie Doughnut: A doughnut filled with Key Lime Kreme, dipped in lime green icing, topped with graham crumbs and a Kreme dollop.

Not only will guests be able to enjoy the Island Times Key Lime Pie Doughnut option, but they’ll also be able to sink their teeth into the Key Lime Glazed Doughnut on Key Lime Fridays. May 21 and 28th, Krispy Kreme will offer both lime sweets for diehard citrus lovers.

American Girl & Magnolia Bakery Join Forces for a Cupcake-Packed Cyber Party

American Girl and Magnolia Bakery are teaming up for a very special virtual event! The two beloved brands are both celebrating big birthdays: it’s American Girl’s 35th anniversary and Magnolia Bakery’s 25th.

In honor of both events, fans can take part in a cyber cupcake baking bday bash. Tune in to the American Girl Birthday Bash, Hosted by Magnolia Bakery Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. ET for plenty of cupcake-filled fun.

Magnolia’s Chief Baking Officer, Bobbie Lloyd, will help your fam to mix up their own bountiful batch of cute celebratory cupcakes.

The virtual event is $115 and includes the online cupcake decorating event and a limited-edition American Girl x Magnolia Bakery Cupcake Kit. The kit comes with six full-size and 12 mini vanilla cupcakes, colorful sprinkles, edible star decorations, food dye gel and powdered sugar (a.k.a. the main ingredients in buttercream), icing bags and decorating tips. Your kiddo will also get one American Girl Cupcake toy in the kit.

Krispy Kreme is teaming up with OREO for a doughnut experience that’s nothing less than extraordinary! Whether you’re a devote doughnut enthusiast, adore OREOs, or just can’t stay away from anything covered in cookie-coated frosting, this combo is for you.

The beloved brand is transforming the iconic Krispy Kreme glaze waterfall into an all-new OREO infused creation, starting Apr. 5. The Krispy Kreme and OREO pairing marks the first time in 84 years that the doughnut maker will partner with another company to create a new flavor of glaze.

No time to pre-heat the oven, roll out the cookie dough and bake? Don’t stress. Your school bake sale dreams just came true! Pillsbury recently announced the grand debut of the iconic brand’s ready-made packaged Soft Baked Cookies.

Even though you may know Pillsbury as the maker of refrigerated cookie dough and baked goods products, the brand’s new line is completely oven-free. The newest edition to Pillsbury’s tasty picks has the same flavors as your fave types of dough—in a no-cook packaged form.

Jeff Caswell, president, General Mills Snacks Division, said in a press release, “Pillsbury is a beloved baking brand that has been around for more than 100 years, but its products have never been in the cookie aisle until now.” Caswell continued, “While our fans love baking Pillsbury products in the oven, our consumer research indicates there are times that a ready-to-eat cookie is preferred. We focused on launching Pillsbury Soft Baked Cookies for that quick treat, knowing there is not always time for baking.”

The new Soft Baked Cookies are available in five must-try varieties: Chocolate Chip, Confetti, Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip, Sugar with Drizzled Icing and Peanut Putter with Chocolatey Drizzle.
