Carrot & Parsnip Puree

Soon, baby will be rooting for root vegetables. Especially after he or she gets a taste of this blend. You can even make variations for eaters 9+ month: Mix with brown rice, orzo pasta, farro or Israeli couscous for texture; or yogurt, soy milk, cottage cheese or ricotta cheese for protein.
